Ruan was very professional and the bike fit process and result were excellent. I highly recommend Cycle-it bike fit.

Came across Ruan at Cycle IT on the internet and Bikehub recommendations. I was first skeptic to see all the good reviews on google as it looks too good to be true. I was on the verge to stop cycling cause the previous people did not get my fit accurate and ended up with alot of pain while cycling. Ruan changed this for me completely. My bikefit is perfect and will only use Ruan from now on

Highly recommended! The entire process from making initial contact, to booking the appointment and doing the actual fitting was seamless and professional. And then of course there are the benefits of having the fitting done, which I've experienced in the form of a significantly more comfortable ride (less aches/pains/pressure points), and much better performance in the form of a series of new PB's for the 10k and 20k segments on my usual single track training ride. Cannot wait to undertake longer rides now!

I traveled fom Polokwane after recommendation from a mutual acquaintance and there's no regret. I have the the best fit ever now and when I had thought my gravel bike is heavy, the fit proved otherwise. I feel significant power, I've fallen in love with hill climbs, the knee pains are gone and I'm working on my commuting dreams.

I’ve had three bikes fitted by Ruan, and every experience has been great. After major leg surgery at the beginning of the year, followed by three months on crutches and weeks of physio and rehab, I decided to have my bike setup reassessed before getting back into riding. Ruan made a few adjustments to my cleats, saddle position, and handlebar height, and the difference has been incredible. I’m back on the bike, riding comfortably and pain-free. Thanks, Ruan, for another fantastic bike fit.

Very knowledgeable about bike setup and fitment. I have had all my bikes set up here, including my road, mountain, gravel and indoor bikes. The improvements in my comfort, riding position and power output have been significant. I highly recommend their professional bike-fitting service.

I recently had a bike setup done by Ruan, and the results have been absolutely perfect. He took the time to listen, assess everything precisely, and dial in the fit exactly how it needed to be. I’ve just taken it out on the trails, and the difference is night and day🚴🏼‍♂️ absolute comfort and dialled-in performance. If you need your bike sorted by someone who genuinely knows what they’re doing, Ruan is your guy. Total game-changer!
