Our Basic Bike Fit is the perfect starting point. This session focuses on finding a comfortable and efficient position that works for your body and riding style.
We will evaluate posture, flexibility, and address concerns such as back or knee pain. Adjustments will be made to saddle height, handlebar reach, and cleat position to improve biomechanics.
We will provide personalized recommendations for further adjustments at home or potential component upgrades.
